Discontent in the Old World

Flashback to September 2020: I begin my undergrad adventure - a seemingly endless world of urban planning. While urban design and placemaking had their intrigue, something was missing, and I couldn’t shake the feeling that this wasn’t my ultimate path.

Discovering

UX Design

Then, I stumbled upon a customer experience design course—a new ‘game world’ where every element had purpose and every interaction told a story. I was captivated.

Bootcamp and Co-ops

I joined a UX/UI bootcamp, and it was like embarking on a series of quests. From user research to prototyping, each project taught me the skills I needed to bring empathy and purpose to my designs. Co-op placements pushed me to apply these skills in real-world projects.

Finding Purpose in UX

Through these experiences, I realized that UX isn’t just about creating functional designs; it’s about shaping experiences that connect with users on an emotional level, telling stories through every pixel.

Bringing My Skills to New Adventures

Now, equipped with experience and a drive to design with empathy, I’m focused on crafting intuitive, story-driven experiences. Every project I take on is a new adventure in understanding, connecting, and creating purpose.
